I already live in a big enough home in the suburbs, and while it's convenient to get to work and other places, it's not what I consider ideal. It might be different if I were living on some acreage nearer to a warmer beach than I am, so there could be some factors such as weather or climate shading my opinion.
I do believe though, there would come a time where I would probably get tired of the home near the beach and wish to b somewhere else, but until that time, that's where I would like to live. For health and peace of mind, for the ocean breezes and the sunshine and the warmer rain. I don't know if I'd miss the seasons or not. If there was greenery year round and sunshine, probably not.
