- Lack of self-belief. Once you have started a new project, your eyes are burning, and the energy splashing over the edge. But after a while, the feeling of novelty disappears, the routine is addictive, and the positive attitude begins to evaporate.
- Fear of the future and resistance to change. On the one hand, you are eager to achieve your plans, on the other — you are afraid of possible changes.
- Fear of losing. You retreat when the fear of failure becomes stronger than the desire to cope.
- Negative influence of others. You go ahead, and it seems that everything works out for you, but friends/acquaintances/relatives say that your goal is ridiculous and you will not succeed in achieving it.
- Working overload. If you work too much, you can burn out or get so tired that there will be neither the strength nor the desire to move forward.
- Ignorance of their capabilities. You realize that you do not have enough knowledge, skills or experience to achieve the goal and therefore drop the plan.
