I rather have a president that murders drug traffickers than drug traffickers destroy our society.

Plus don't be misinformed by fake news, those deaths are drug traffickers who fought with the police.

    There are some basic standards of human society, for example, not murdering people on the streets. (Even less without a court's death sentence). Even dictatorships are making some court processes to keep at least the appareance of law. If all other countries can survive without mass murder, you could, too.

    Alcohol is a drug. In most countries people is using it legally. Me, too. Do you want to murder me?
