I have recently checked for inactive witnesses and I do it regularly

While I do believe that witness voting is important, and I have checked on a regular basis, I am finding it harder and harder to vote for them. I just checked now and three of the ones I liked the most are all disabled, which means I'm down to just voting for 15 witnesses.

13% of Top 100 Witnesses are inactive

Is this percentage representative? I mean, previously we could find this amount of inactive witnesses, or are we living some new indexes?

It would be interesting to make an analysis of dates, to see from when they are in a state of inactivity and determine if there is any relationship with the entry of the last HF.

You have not taken into account this possibility?
