I think if you vote and contribute to the pot, then the pot belongs to all the winning players.

I disagree all player share equally because I don't want this to become a farm.

Sharing by weight is also bs because this can be easily abused by having multiple accounts with smaller stake. You are not encouraging people to have bigger stake.

I would highly suggest you to not hold the tokens for yourself. It might draw the wrong attention.
