What is your per day sugar intake?

Most of us consume excess sugar in our diet. It is good to take natural sugar but added sugar increases the risk of obesity, diabetes and many other problems.
According to American Heart Association the recommended intake of sugar is given below:
Men: 150 calories per day (37.5 grams or 9 teaspoons)
Women: 100 calories per day (25 grams or 6 teaspoons)

So how much sugar you take daily?

- Just below the recommended level.
- Just above the recommended level.
- Much above the recommended level.

I have no idea because I never counted it. I am natural hypoglycemic and I always have minimum in my blood even after big meals.
