- Harder than 7 push-ups
I've seen stuff like that before and no one is ever using it. I wonder what genius thought up that idea and presented it to local governments as a health initiative because they must have at least a few pennies to rub together.
That's pretty much all you are doing - rubbing a few cogs together. If the machines were actually bodyweight then maybe they could be of some use, but they don't seem to work that way. Thanks for taking part!
No problem and yeah that's all the ones that I've seen are. I guess if you put springs or some sort of resistance on there so someone could pinch or hurt themselves.
Maybe when they rust up one day they'll actually provide some useful resistance so maybe someone can get an actual work out.
Excellent thinking, wait for the rust to arrive, or maybe chuck a load of sand on the chains. Nice!
Just add a little of that salt water into the bearings and chains everyday and shouldn't take long.
You could even get a little workout in sanding all the paint off to help speed up the process.
Workout everday walkdown to the beach and fill up to 1 gallon containers. Walk back to the quipment sand off some of the paint around exposed joint areas and chains. Slowly pour on water. Rinse and repeat the next day. By this time next year you may have some useful workout equipment.
Taking notes, next year I shall be buff!
Let me know next year if I should become a personal trainer and quit my day job.
haha :D
It's actually a job I would like, have you seen the salary though? Shocking unless you are telling the rich and famous to eat less pies.
