If the changes will be really big (and good), then the Steem price will probably go up.

In the long run it will go up again. On short term it will stall or even decrease.

I believe the price will not move for the rest of this year; too much abuse is happening here. At least, I keep going because I love this blockchain.

This HF is punishing smaller bloggers since they will be earning less on their posts. This may cause them to leave and go to platforms that care for the users. If so many people leave this may cause the price to dip lower since there won't be many buyers/sellers.
