Fantastic, I was going to see the first season of this series a few weeks ago, but I decided to watch the new season of True Detective first. I really want to see The Man in the High Castle, and now I see your post and increased my expectation, although maybe I see the new season of Game of Thrones before.

I've been thinking about watching True Detective for a while :-)
I recently finished Channel Zero which is a great slow paced horror series where each 6 episode season is a new story. Season 2 is my favorite. Season 4 had some amazing cinematography (Episode 2 opening was better than anything David Fincher's Mindhunter had) but ultimately only became my 3rd favorite season.
I think Channel Zero is on my list. The best of True Detective is the first season. I have not seen it a second time, so I do not know exactly what my opinion would be about it now, but when I saw it I really liked it.
