I guess ultimately it would depend on how often I used the road and whether there were viable alternatives. If I didn't have to use the road very often, then I'd obviously want the toll, because it would be less than what the tax would come out to. If I used it a lot, I'd rather just get it over with in one lump sum instead of coming up with a payment each time. And then I would make sure I got my money's worth. :)

I think it depends on what the final prices would be.
Would the tax be a consistent fee for everyone? Or would it depend on how much you use the road?
I don't drive to often, so if it's the latter, than I think a toll would save me money lol
