I would actually love to see that happen as all of the people using Libra would be exposed to crypto and have an opportunity to buy BTC or some alt which isn't just a stable shitcoin like Libra.
It depends on what will be completed in reality from all what they are planning in the white paper. It is not completed yet, politicians are investigating the case.
Libra would basically need to become an economic currency of it's own, which is a possibility, given that it's attached to Facebook. However, I can see it being regulated to death, and perhaps even endangering decentralized crypto because of the regulation.
If anything, the status quo will want to buy into it and take it over or control it somehow.
