I never made a big deal about it. We used to have a family dinner at my grandparents for Easter but they are far too old to host that type of thing now. I liked the candy as a child but I don't do much for it now.

I honestly just like all holidays, even if I don't really celebrate them all that much. The idea / feeling that many people around the world are participating in a similar activity makes me happy. It's one of the few times I can look at humanity and feel some sort of "unity", or something like that.
I'm not sure if you asking about Easter holidays, or actual eater holidays, where food is a big part of it. Since I've never heard of eater holidays described that way, I will go with Easter holidays.
I said yes, even though I only celebrate Easter Sunday, rather than the whole of Holy Week. That puts the emphasis, in my mind, on the resurrection, which is the big deal in the first place. All the rest of it are the events leading up to it.
I do enjoy Easter because it's a time to reflect on what Christ did for all of us, and how through Him, we can be together with our families with Him and our Father in Heaven. It's also a time for the entire family to get together, and enjoy one another's company and to share a meal.
It was fun this year, and I look forward to many more to come, hopefully. :)
