I have seen the light around people which is the first step to seeing auras. One time I saw a brown aura around one of my friends back then, he identified with it as he is a ground person and nature lovers so the brown colour was perfect for him. I see potential energies, which means I can if I meditate long enough to see the spectrum of energy that is all around us. Still, tho practising so I can sense more as I am pretty new. Hope I helped

it just appears when naturally needed... with no effort at all...
