I lucid dream consistently. I keep a daily dream journal which helps keep my dream recall sharp and I meditate daily which makes me more aware during dreams and waking.

That is the category that best fits me. I rarely have much control over whether I will have a lucid dream but when they are lucid, I can have quite a lot of control over the them. I actually posted about one a month or two ago, come to think of it.
