Today I tried yet a different approach with elastration bands. I started with the outer rings, and worked my way down toward the chest. this made it easier to keep them snug next to each other.
After I put 3 on each nipple, I added a set of nipple clamps with a connecting chain ...
The pain sensations were incredible, but removing the bands was even more intense. I am left with a soreness that will last several hours at least. Post banding photo.
For just a bit extra, I slip back into a tight shirt that will remind me of the session with each movement I make.
