Caitlin evidently hasn't been paying much attention behind the scenes to see that the world leaders are working in cohesion with one another to bring about the global transition. You can't have a Fourth industrial revolution 2.0 energy style without having some of it torn down to build back better. Maybe blown to smithereens fits better. It's just which area's of the world have them come together to conclude those area's can't be rehabbed into the new green ideology.
