I must admit that my hero has tried to flee from that place and now that he may have found a way out I do not think he gives up so easily, I trust he can find a solution.
look out the window to see what's down there or if there is any way to climb down without a rope.
If he had the length of rope from the earlier door that would have help him..
But unfortunately he hasn’t now the thing he had to is just wait for the right time or bring the length of the rope from earlier cutted by sword to get rid of the window..
If it is not far from the ground level, then better take the risk and make the jump
Our hero should cheak outside the window.If there something to climb then he should go for it.Or if there were not, then he should looking for a rope.He obviously will find some solution, he is the best.
It can rip the cord in two and connect the two sides to get the desired length
..

He can surely jump and drink a health potion after.. I say jump.. have some more adrenaline.

He should jump down using his rope and escape. After that enjoy hot meal at some good place.
He couldn't take the rope with him, so he doesn't have it. The far end was still tied to the door handle.
He has to try to climb little bit distance with his arrow and sword and when the distance between him and the ground will be so small then he can jump from that distance
our hero will jump through the window and enjoy his new life
I think he going to jump since it isn't that far from ground level. Better yet, he could look around for any rope-like material.
He already did everything possible to escape, I do not believe that a rope prevents his freedom, it is a window of being free, luck, hero.

Go back and check the other room, maybe there is some rope or tools he could use in there.

Our hero needs to go back and cut some length of the rope and tie it to the window since its not far from the ground level.
What he needed to do is to check the other side of the window then manoeuvre his way through. Our hero always makes wise decision.
Could he look aroudn to see if there any other inventories available that might help him.

Break the window, assess the height and consider jumping!
He managed to pull more difficult stunts, he will get through this too.
