I think its better to aim the spear and if he misses, he would still have the sword
Jump out and run or jump out and try to climb to the top one
Threaten him with weapons, don't kill him at first .
Collect all the information he can , and if he resists, kill him.
I think he needs to back out and plan since he's not with his weapon, he need to device other means to ensure he overcome his troublesome enemy.
Once he do that, he can take his sword and arrow to further defend himself...

He should cut that motherf*cker into pieces with his sword. As simple as that. Afterwards, he should make entrance into the door in front of him.
Since we know now our hero is brave enough to fight barges and looking at the barge our hero should do it quick since the barge is in shock as well and it seems it doesn't hold a weapon.
I think he should throw the spear to the barge, it will be an instant move.If the spear miss him, don't worry he also have a sword. He can fight with the sword and can defeat the barge as he did in the past.Our hero is brave enough to do that.After the fight he should cheak outside the door for any path to leave.Go hero, you can do it.
First time he threaten to climb but not kill . He try to collect information with climb and then he kill him .

Fight this one too, he has been fighting since long and now he must have gained some fighting skills.
Well he has a weapon and the barge has nothing so i think our hero has a better advantage and would kill gge barge in no time and move on.
Do what he did earlier stab it through his chest otherwise he will be caught
our hero will through his bow on the apponents mouth so that he will not inform others then kill him with sword until he is dead
Our hero will take out his sword for defence , no doubt he will not take action untill he observe some danger from the opposide side..

He should run towards the enemy and stab him with the sword. The brage hold no weapon .our hero always find it way out
as he is close it is better to kill with sword this time

He can hope he's able to defend himself, not sure there is enough time to jump out the window, nor how far up he is. So it's get sword and spear ready.
Take out the barge quietly with sword and see if he came with a car outside
I'd have our hero stay and face the great challenge met and be a real warrior.
Dodge him while he comes to catch our hero.. Then he would either fall out of window or startle and sword through his neck

For my part I would do everything possible for the other subject to lower his weapon in order to catch him in surprise.
