This was my first ever coloured pencil drawing. Going out of my comfort zone from just pencils to coloured pencils was kind of a big step for me. I dont tend to go out of my comfort zone, ever, because what if I’m bad at something or if something doesnt go they way iI want it to. What do I do then?
The answer to that is, you keep trying until you get better or until you find a way to make it work for you. For me this drawing was taking the next step and learning that I dont always have to feel at my most comfortable and that i should try new things once in a while.

Yeah that’s true, seeing the progress aswell makes it worth it
Most definitely my favorite part. What was your inspiration?
It’s a fanart drawing of a faceless YouTuber I used to watch. His name is corpse husband. I always felt seen in a way by faceless creators because they could be themselves and not be defined by their face or body. It made me feel like I could just be me without judgement, especially during the Covid era that was an important lesson for me to learn. Thank you for asking
I still Iove that one. You draw so many styles by now, you’re always pushing your comfort zone. That’s an awesome ability to have ❤️
