Last year was the first year we bought a pumpkin and carved it, its not something we do in Sweden and Brock hadnt since he was a kid. But we wanted to, for Edith (even though she was just 3 months). We had a great time carving and getting the slimy stuff out of it, then we roasted the seeds..yummy!
As we were eating dinner, with the candles lit inside the pumpkin and Edibears swing still swinging and playing the same 3 songs over and over, one of us holding her and the other one eating - we realized that this is what candle light dinners are now lol
And here she is, in the pumkin outfit i made her :D Before we carved the pumkin. She was not impressed :P
I can imagine lots of small babies wearing that expression in the Internet age - a sort of "Really?" Very cute though :)
Carving pumpkins was quite a family tradition when my stepsons were small, lovely to see you creating your own.
awe, how is it 10 days ago already. Time is moving too fast for me
but yes, haha i think you're right :D
oh yeah? :) i see why, we had so much fun!
