Yeah, I overheard some people talking about me quite a few times both in real and online. It's not all bad, but suffice to say, what they said about me without me knowing change how I think about people hahaha.

Right? Sometimes I do feel bad about humans XD They are too judgemental and even a few mistakes let them decides who you are, generalizing your overall personality without even knowing you. Well let's just look at the positive side of life and drop all the negative aside 😁

And yeah, I don't think we can judge people correctly if we only meet them once or twice. Who knows, they might be having tummyache or win lotto when we meet them ^^.

Much as I love 'story' in my artwork and to see it in others, that too seems to be how we, as creatures, are also viewed, with 'story'. Often not our own or how we see ourselves but when others view our lives long term or even for a moment on the street, they imbue us with all the baggage and perceptions they carry around with them to make their own world.
We are never the same thing at anyone time to any other person, including ourselves :)
I love the bird, and the shadow is filled with the joy of decorative line, my favourite!
Ahhh your explanation is very apt, that our perception of other people is coloured by our personal baggage and experience that we accumulate throughout the years. You always have a way with words, like the 'artistic muscle' term that you wrote to me a few days ago. Now it is part of my vocabulary.

This is awesome! You have such control over your linework; all of your patterns and designs work so well together.
I am not really comfortable with abstract, it's quite daunting to draw without restraints. But it's also a great time to practice patterns and designs, so I guess there's always good and bad.
I wonder if you draw abstract art too ^^.

Abstract art is one of those things I stay far away from. I've always been a very literal person when it comes to interpreting concepts into visuals and I feel it works well as a cartoonist but I could never make it in the fine art world.
It's good that you know yourself well, but I feel that you are the kind of person who will make it anywhere if you have the desire to do it :).
But... are not strange people the most interesting ? ^^
