Still life: "Iris and clock and brush" or "Time for spring"

Hello! I drawed my new still life.

In the previous post I told you, that my most favorite spring flowers are peonies and irises.
That's why I chose this flower for my still life.

In the drawing, I wanted to show the interconnection of spring (in the form Iris), time(in the form clock) and artist(in the form brush)
Hope, you like my little composition.

Again, love the use of vibrant colors. And the addition of the clock is a nice touch.

Irises are some of my favorite flowers as well. I recently walked through a big garden near my home, and there were irises in so many colors! I took so many pictures. haha I hope to paint a couple of them some day.
