I like it and am thinking of what the output is.... The hat actually looks like a burly man/monster's forearm/hand. Then the creature/person's face could be smug. However, if it's actually a hat it opens the door for a number of looks/thoughts for me.

To me the OUTPUT looks like a Victorian Era old woman.
