wao, extraordinary, sometimes dreams happen to me like that, today after my birthday party, I woke up with something I had never lived, I had a sleep paralysis and I felt like a cat was touching me with a paw and meowing my back without being able to see it to wake me up, suddenly, I managed to get out of the paralysis and I opened my eyes looking at the ceiling, I did not know if what I was seeing at that moment was a scribble spider with long abstract legs and just a small body like a point about me, I did not know if what I saw was real or not, but it vanished by the minute ... I kept sleeping at the end, but maybe the dream cat saved me the hahaha life. I am still thinking if it was an illusion or if my eyes could mix this plane with the other.

Happy birthday!
And there are tales of a great variety of creatures coming to attack people in sleep paralysis. They are usually parts of a dark subconscious led by the negative feelings of being entrapped in your own immobile body on your place of rest.
Some have said that they were visited by Simpson characters, for example, or distorted family members. It's really scary, but they have also found out that there are ways to pacify these dream characters through faithful expectation of their good will. If you believe that they are coming to help you, they probably will, is what I read.
Sleep paralysis is a pretty interesting phenomenon, but I'm not yearning to have it any time soon.
Thank you very much, interesting information, this paralysis is also considered by studies beyond the explanations of science, with astral travel, and the true mental power of the hypothalamus :)
