If you are feeling stuck in a routine, do at least one fun, different thing each day. Go somewhere you haven't been, or rarely go. Maybe try to start a new hobby. One that requires meeting new people? Don't wait for the Visa to start living.

This is a good idea. I will take that into mind. I do get a bit stuck in a rut with the routine sometimes and perhaps that is contributing to me being tired and bored all the time. Maybe my brain actually is trying to warn me about something.
