Dreams, what is it?

Daydreaming or strange dreams at night that gives joy or sorrow.You may have woken up and remembered the dream and get no more desire to dream on. When we can control ourselves in the dream, it is however quite appropriate in many contexts. It helps us to cope with different things in different ways instead of that we flee or fight and run from our anxiety and our fear, so one may instead turn around and face the daunting scenario, or look fear in the eye, just because one is conscious that this is just a dream. Much mental health is about daring, tolerate and understand their own feelings and fears. Many of us avoid what we fear, and in some cases we avoid frightening aspects of our own emotions, which actually causes an unfree existence where we in a sense are fleeing from all that we experience as unpleasant and frightening.
If we dare to face up to the daunting feelings or approach us what we're afraid of, it often means the terror gradually disappearing and we recover more freedom in their own lives. When we not only lets us chase of place in the dream, the eternal refugees in their own lives, but instead turns us around and meet life's dangers and our own anxiety, one will often experience that dreams are changing and that it gradually acquires more confidence in real life. Dreams change thus character and nightmares disappear or get a different and less frightening shape.This gives us confidence and shows us alternative ways to cope with our problems and trauma. Those who can handle this dream positive things and creating new ideas and find more ways to create good economy which is also reflected with pleasure in what one does. When things are funny and that in addition, revenue will dreams often be positive and give good energy that allows the body thrive and we recover confidence in ourselves.Steemit is a new funny blog that just based on good writers and debates and you also get paid in the form of crypto currency and that can be sold on the exchange. Yes, it happens often, should the dream go on, you must fall asleep right away and remember the last of the dream so that it continues and it works in many cases
