Tried this recipe and absolutely LOVED it !! Great alternative to sugary drinks and the added ginger helps with digestion and joint pain. Hope you enjoy!
Prep Time: 10-15 min
Ingredients:
○ 6 cups of room temperature water
○ 1/2 cup of raw honey { preferably organic }
○ 1 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
○ 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
○ 1/3 cup peeled, freshly sliced ginger
○ 3-4 cups of ice cubes
Instructions:
Place 2 cups of water with honey and ginger in a blender and blend on high
Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve
Add remaining 4 cups of water, lemon juice, orange juice and ice into pitcher
