Ingredientes:
- 2 tazas de agua
- 1 rama de apio
- 3 rebanaditas de jengibre
Preparación: Coloca el apio y el jengibre en una ollita con agua hirviendo, baja el fuego y deja que hierva a fuego muy bajo 5 minutos, deja reposar fuera del fuego 5 minutos más, entonces cuela el té, prueba tomarlo por la mañana y por la noche.
