Water is the king of moisturizing drinks. The body needs a lot of water to function properly. The brain can not function without it, the kidneys can not shake the salts and minerals through the urine by preventing the formation of stones. Before a hypothesis where the lack of water would cause our death it is estimated that people can survive without water for 5 days. Dehydration slows down the body's metabolic process and affects a variety of organs. It is accompanied by dry mouth, fatigue, sleepiness, muscular weakness, headache, dizziness. Water can also be found in other foods such as fruit, and thus a balance can be found and facilitated. It is clear that water is vital, however we are giving a list of alternatives to hydration.
Water with aloe vera. Water hydrates us, but if we want to add elements to our health a good alternative would be aleo wine. There are many qualities that have turned into one of the "excellence" medicinal plants and for this one has started to be marketed a filtered version of aleo summer juice. This plant is full of antioxidants and has regenerating, disintegrating, and stimulating cellular and regenerative wound healing properties.
Beet juice. This natural candy is extremely healthy for our body, contains vitamins A, B, C, folic acid, antioxidants, amino acids, minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, fiber. This type of fluid reduces cardiac problems, eliminates free radicals and fights cancer, increases resistance, balances arterial pressure, improves digestion, avoids water retention.
Coconut water. Drinking coconut milk is healthier than bottled versions because they contain sugar. Coconut water has little salt and rich in potassium and helps us hydrate and is more complex than water. Its taste is a bit salty. During the Second World War it was used as a plasma transfusion for its isotonic qualities.
Fruit drinks. We can enrich and give color and taste to water in many forms. Fruits are a good form. Here are some examples: water with strawberries, lemon, basil, orange peel and blackberry water, peppermint, watermelon, orange water, lime and cucumber, cucumber and menthol, water with grapefruit, rosemary, honey and menthol.
Guayusa Tea. Guayusa tea is a supplement of natural energy derived from a plant that in this case is Ilex guayusa, a plant of equatorial Amazon forest. It has a lot of caffeine and is rich in antioxidants and chlorogenic acids that help the heart, has little calories and is easily sweet.
Tea. It's the most classic and most well-known. Benefits are wide and varied. One of the most consumed drinks around the world. Reduces dental, gingivitis, reduces cardiovascular disease, avoids gall bladder inflammation, inhibits bacterial growth.
Orange juice. Oranges are the richest and most quality fruit. They are rich in citric acid, have disinfectant, antimicrobial and cleansing properties. They are rich in vitamin C and fructose, cleans liver and kidneys, have diuretic capabilities.
Partly skimmed milk or soy. This milk is rich in vitamin D. Consuming 1 to 2 glasses a day is ideal for bones and for a better look.
Ginger juice. It's a disinfectant and cleanses the body naturally. It has palliative and soothing effects. A cup favors the preservation of the body by toxins.
Lemon water. A glass of this fluid has incredible discomfort effects both for the internal organs and the skin. It is rich in citric acid, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin P that promote immunity and fight infections.
Broccoli juice. It's not about a delicious food but is rich in vitamins like K, E, C, B1, B6, is rich in fiber. Broccoli strengthens the immune system and can accompany foods.
Red tea. In oriental cultures, red tea is used as a medicinal supplement to prevent disease and maintain good health. It improves digestion, strengthens the immune system, reduces blood sugar levels and prevents respiratory disorders.
White tea. It is very rich in antioxidants, helps in the fight against cancer, cardiovascular disease and helps to weaken. It is not recommended in amounts over 25 gr per day, as it has opposite effects for long periods.
Apple juice. The apple stimulates the liver and kidneys and helps cleanse the body. It has 85% water and has a high potassium level, malic acid is capable of neutralizing acids, fights diarrhea and helps digestion.
