Bakong Ijo is a familiar word in Aceh. No Acehnese people did not hear the word even though not everyone shared it.
There is a mixing of the broken leaves with tobacco cigarettes are then sucked with the aim of reaching the fly. There are also mixed with dodol, a mixture of coffee powder.
For the context instead of looking for "calm" the bakong ijo is also mixed in kuang beulangong and various meat dishes in Aceh. The goal is to make the sauce more "leumak" and meat becomes tender.
