It only gives public schools more control and creates more of a pipeline to prison sort of feel. Instead of suing, the parents should have had their kids switch schools or better yet, homeschool them.

Definitely agree. Most of the things they test for should be legal anyways so it is just another transfer of funds from government and taxes to private, for-profit, drug testing companies who are likely giving a kickback to the school districts and administrators.
