Wow, it looks like the "childproof container" requirements are even tougher in Oregon than they are here in Colorado.
Luckily, we don't have to use the envelopes anymore. But everything has to go out the door with a billion labels and in a "childproof" pop-top container. I'm actually a manager of a recreational dispensary.
Compliance is key. I always tell people, "At least they're letting us do it, though."
ATM's are funny too. Dispensaries aren't actually allowed to have them in the same location, so most shops have a second "dummy" biz connected to their dispensary, like a grow store or something.
Ahh, growing pains of a budding industry!
