I've tried water fasting for 5 days, it's nice but not everybody can do it. Also I'm a binge eater where basically after a while my entire life starts to crumble if I don't have comfort foods. Can't sleep, can't work, can't do ANYTHING because I'm constantly craving stuff badly. If I go outside to the store? It's like an addiction lol.. so I try not to go out. At all. :)

I find taking drugs to be more health-conscious than water fasting. Without proper nutrients, the body slowly fails.

A classic stimulant can shed the weight away much easier too.
