A player must chose what to do with the drugs......do I use them to level up and buy more assets like pharmaceutical labs or do I invest the drugs in the bank heist. If you level up....you make guns, alcohol and drugs faster but mis out here n the daily bank heist.....if you send the drugs to the heist you get extra Steem tomorrow but still have slow drug production. It’s an interesting choice.
