I have an Obyte wallet that is already attested yet I still can't claim my tokens, I tried attesting it again and it still doesn't work. What can I do?

Bro go to contact and you will see remove device after that go to the attest section again clear the chat and do it from start

Same here...even tried remove device ,cancel chat. It says i'm already attested.

@amigareaction, @crypticat you can create another wallet in byteball and atest it as public

Check and make sure your attestation is set to “public” because “private” won’t work. That was the problem for me, maybe for you too? There was a clickable link in my chat history to switch it over.

Making another wallet works but if you get an error of sign with wrong address , click the 3 dots on the bottom left in the chat and add correct address there and send. That should fix it. It did for me and claim my tokens just fine!
