You mean until all the small investors get what they "invested" back? Taking all the Steem the high roillers "invested?" No. No they wont do that. It is a free to play game, you did not have to upgrade buildings. As if when someone buys an upgrade on Clash of the Clans or some other f2p cell phone game, as if they get refunded because there was an update on how troops behaved. People spend money on games, what is the issue here?
