They can be mailed , you can order them online and have them shipped to you , I really like tga subcoolseeds , look at there website , but there is a ton of seed banks to order from and you can find about any strain you can think of .

I actually checked... $90 for 5 seeds. I'm liable to kill 2-4 of those gorilla gardening. I guess nevermind for now. Lol.
