thank you @bashadow! you never know how poetry is "meant" to sound by the poet until you hear it read aloud. I am liking spoken word more and more. Some of my poems do not sound that powerful - but others are made for it I think. This one was not coming out the way I wanted it to lol so I'm glad to hear you actually liked it!
Yes I did, that's one box I need to step out of soon, and put my voice on-line I guess, I just do not like how I sound recorded, and is something I need to get over.

It's liberating lol I was very nervous and put it off for all these years, I finally started to read some to my sister and she liked the way I read them more than reading lol. Then this urking want to share started but I (like you) didn't like how I sounded.. but everyone is unique and that's what make art awesome so I've embraced mine ... or am trying to 😉 I hope you will too! tag me if you do!
I will one more box to cross off the list. I know people make bucket list when they get older, me I just keep trying to crawl out of the boxes I built over the years, then maybe I'll do a bucket list.
