@barbarrseevelien That is the hard thing, when wages are not moving up across the board. I have a family member that makes lower pay. When minimum wage increased some awhile back, the new employees were making the same as her. I don't think that is fair, nor is it good for employee morale. I don't think most careers should be making similar to the amount they made 30 years ago, yet the cost of goods and living has skyrocketed.

I agree! It was not that long ago that it was unheard of in my country people had to have multiple jobs to make enough money (like in the US some people have day and night jobs). Now I see people have two jobs and a sometimes a small business.

It's sad that people cannot support themselves off of working 1 job. It causes so many problems in families. The stress of not being able to be there for each other.
