Well, when I went it was the middle of a heatwave around 30+ Celsius on a daily basis for a month but I will need to consult my travel notes to see if there was any other reason for them being strange.,

Funny thing was, I had packed fleeces and warm clothes for my Canada trip and didn't need them at all!
