On the lonely rocky way...
Stopped at the end.

I checked my pocket
Found nothing, except a broken hour!
Filled with only dying life.
Beast lurked behind,
Blood rushed.
Ears started to burn.
Ravine blocked path ahead.
Beast growled, jumped
Leapt high as mountain.
broken hour slipped
hit the ground smashing into pieces.
Bloody eyes gazed the hour
Dying life ended.

Smiled, winked at the broken hour
Turned away and started life from the other side of ravine
