I've been in a great bout of nostalgia for a time period when I used to DJ more frequently as of late. For reasons that have largely to do with work and parenthood, DJing has taken a back seat to some more important things in life, but that itch is always there. Because of this I'll be recording a new DJ mix exclusively for D-Sound here in the next week. I'm currently in the process of gathering tracks in an attempt to make something really special for the platform, but right now it's been nice just going back and listening to some of my older mixes and getting a sense of how much I have changed as a DJ in the recent years.
This mix was recorded in the summer of 2012 following a trip to an outdoor festival in Northern Washington and aired on Plasmodium Radio. It's full of my favorite rather heady tracks at that moment and is a pretty good snapshot of where I was before diving deep into more techno over the past few years. I hope you enjoy.

Very well produced. Just pro
Love it! Good mix of different sounds.
Thank you for listening. This was a fun mix to make.
Mmm I know what I am starting off my work week with! Really looking forward to it in all honesty, considering all the things I heard from you so far. Thanks and cheers, man!
Let me know what you think. It's a little older but I still think it stands up well.
Oh yea, man, absolutely loved it! Lots and lots of quirky stuff. Loved how you played with energy introducing some lighter moments to offset the overall mighty deep and eclectic selection. Love your selections and spot on programming, letting tunes breath, but a couple of nice layered blends. Great stuff, man. Honestly really digging your music tastes :)
