Definitely The rhythm of music also referred to as the frequency of beats, can make a significant difference to our experience. Slow paced music can help us feel relaxed and tranquil, but can also make you dreamy and lack focus. Before we listen to music as a self-help method, identify the mental state our desire, and need to select suitable music that will be beneficial to our-selves.
