I can kind of relate to this, even though I'm a guy and the one I've just lost was my best, and only friend.... The lyrics may not fully apply to me, but that feeling of heartbreak is pretty much the same.. I guess .. You have a beautiful voice.. Quite unique I must say. And you've written a pretty song there. Really nice melody. I enjoyed it. Always nice to meet fellow singers/music lovers. It's crazy how a song can bring up emotions that aren't happening in the present moment, I felt so much heartbreak listening to this, it's really evocative.

(I live in Tennessee, we're a tough crowd!) But I always thought this sounded kind of country and figured I'd try out the tag. I feel better now that you commented specifically about that! ♥♥♥
I played it loud in the house and my house mate agreed that it has a definite country feel to it.
When you put a quality song like this one with so much feeling and emotions invested in it, you cannot help to feel disappointed with the response.

As for CDs,I am currently out of stock of hard copies but I have everything for free download at reverbnation.com/serenamatthews and one album on iTunes, and some iTunes songs I did with @dannyhamilton .
