Jerry you are still lucky to be above the world average. We in Nepal are just catching up the world Average.

Zavar while we do live longer in the USA than in Nepal on average, many of us are so overweight and sick that our quality of life is less than in many places in the world. I hope in talking about this more of us can live longer and healthier lives.
