Hi DSound-ers 😃
I hope all of you are doing great. 😀
Today I've made the track designed for deep meditation. This track is made of a subtle ambient soundscape, some special effects, sounds of ocean waves and binaural beats crafted especially for deep meditation. The track is tuned to 432Hz.
You'll get the best experience when you'll listen to this through the headphones, but if you are going to be between the speakers, then that should be ok as well.
To make the most of the track and have proper deep meditation you need to perform physical relaxation first. To do that you need to make yourself comfortable and then tight and relax all of your muscles six times, starting from your feet and finishing on your skull muscles.
After you finish this step, you need to clear your mind from all the clutter :-)
I mean just stop thinking for few minutes.
If the thoughts keep coming back to you just find a quick solution for every each of them and put them away from your mind as you would remove the clothes from your wardrobe.
Once your mind is quiet, and you feel completely relaxed then it means that you are getting into a meditation state.
You can stay in it as long as you wish, but for a deep meditation at least 20 minutes is recommended.
And please remember, no thoughts, just still mind and music. By saying in other words - just be.
The track is one hour long so it should be definitely enough even for a very long meditation session.
Enjoy 😉
Peace ✌️ and Love 😍

Ah I missed you on Monday morning stating out the week. Throwing this on as I get through a business analysis for a client and clear distractions out of the way.
I love the soaring and ambient noises and am occasionally distracted when the mids/lows pulsate/reverberate a little too much. Sort of like sitting beside a big machine. Do I have my speakers set up wrong or am I misinterpreting this frequency?
For some reason, I didn't notice your comment earlier. I had made a post on that Monday I think. Regrding You are probably right, I'm having an issue with either my iMac or focusrite soundcard, as it gives me some nice through the monitor speakers.
very enjoy !!
Steady!!
Thank you very much ;-)
Nice track
Thank you very much :-)
Love some binaural beats, they very much do the trick. Followed for more! I’m also writing on meditations, feel free to check out my blog and my followed list for many meditation writers on Steemit.
Thank for your comment :-) Yes, BB, indeed do the trick. I like both BB and Isochronic Tones. It just depends on what I'm trying to achieve (I mean what sort of state of the mind I want tp experience). I gave you follow back and I'll keep checking your post and your followed list as I keep looking for folks with similar interests. Cheers!
