make sure you are uploading a wav file, and whatever browser you are using try refreshing and/or deleting cookies. You can also try uploading via an alternative Internet Browser. In addition you can join the DSound Discord group and ask for further assistance there as well.

Yes, so I have been told. However I am not a computer user, in as far as I've been on steemit every day for four months and still find it extremely hard to use. I sometimes open fb, but it is just way too confusing. And this last week having to deal with new apps to get video up on steemit - well. I don't even know if I could repeat by my notes. Now I know why I had a secretary all those years. I got the mp3 that wouldn't upload converted to wav last night. It told me it had been uploaded, but it is not on my blogline at steemit, so where is it? I've spent over two days reading and watching and searching. No one writes instruction for non-computer users. Assuming others have training is not how to give instruction. I cannot see why a developer such as @prc couldn't have written a page under the face page with simple clear 1,2,3, instruction. Bl--dy ridiculous!
BTW, no I can't join the discord, because it won't open for me.
