Can't say I love this beat, but I haven't made or posted one in a while so, what the hell, I'll share it with you anyway. I took the song "One Mint Julep" by The Clovers, chopped it up, and played the chopped up samples over a drum track using a sample pad. The results aren't altogether awful, but they arent particularly amazing either. Overall it was just some good practice and a good way of getting me back into the playful mindset that, on certain occasions, can lead to a great beat.
