Basically he became famous with his WoW Paladin, did some "funny" videos back in the day pretending his sister was his girlfriend (she is on Steem btw). Got into League trying to main Ryze mid but couldn't get high enough without cheating by letting pro's play his account - got busted and moved on to Hearthstone where he got busted for the same thing. Pretending to stream when in reality it was pre-recorded videos he was voicing over.
Pretended to be a "pro" at Poker where he was just abusing a referral loopwhole and the company didn't give him his rewards - then went into the charity thing. Sure he may have given some money out but it sure has not been all of what he has promised. Add to that admission of drug abuse.
The fact he is still relevant is beyond me.
I dont think he is... Therealwolf taking him to trending might be the most relevance he received in a long time outiside the German authorities taking an interest in his actions.
