I don't think the Nigerian government care so much about crypto for now. The major problem for me is that, not that many exchanges offer their services here. I only know of luno and just recently, steemexchanger NG.

If only you had the ability to start one yourself. Most drawbacks in Nigeria are massive opportunities for those that have the funds.
Yeah, it all balls down to resources. One of the reasons I'm planning to leave here. At least going somewhere I can capitalize on their good economy and opportunity and then coming back here to build something. It's like the only option now for young Nigerians who aren't born with a silver spoon in their mouth or don't want to be involved in fraud.
